  2. Payment on Delivery:

    • The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the delivery representative at the time of delivery.
    • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as the delivery representative may not have change.

  3. Non-Refundable Advance Payment:

    • The advance payment of ₹150 is non-refundable. In case of order cancellation or non-acceptance of the delivery, this amount will not be refunded.

  4. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
    • If the order is canceled after dispatch, the advance payment of ₹150 will not be refunded.

  5. Failed Delivery Attempts:

    • In case of failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's unavailability or incorrect address, the advance payment will not be refunded. Please ensure accurate and complete address details when placing the order.
